The survey will take about 20 minutes to complete, and your name will be entered into a draw for a chance to win $500, or one of several VIA Rail travel vouchers. As well, with every completed survey, we will be make a $1.00 donation to help stop bullying.
The survey is absolutely anonymous; at the end of the survey you will be asked for your e-mail address if you wish to enter the draw. This information will not be incorporated into the survey database, and will be destroyed immediately following the awarding of the prizes.
